Merlin Beauvale Cavies - Merlin
Merlin arrived at Beauvale Cavies at the end of November 2010 from Clarky's Cavies. He is our first Texel boar and we have fallen in love with his very serious face!! He's always disappearing in his hay.

Our wonderful oldies...
Over the years we have had the pleasure of enjoying a variety of guinea pigs. Most have lived to very old ages and this lot are a prime example and are non-breeding pets. It's always nice to have the older ones maintain order in the pens!
Betty Beauvale Cavies - Betty
Betty is a swiss cross and reaching five years old. She's recently taken over as the clan matriarch and is everyone's loving aunt. She has never been bred although she would have made a perfect mum. Betty is constantly sorting out disputes between the younger ladies. At 7, she is still energetic and always the first to waddle to the food bowl. She can often be found sitting on the communal feast in the court yard.
